CHRISTMAS WAS WONDERFUL!

It was a GREAT Christmas. First of all I prayed that it would snow on Christmas day. Now I didn't mean for it to snow as much as it did, but I LOVED it!

Scott went above and beyond this year for my gift. He wrapped up five different gifts and numbered them in the order I was suppose to open them. The first one told me that it wasn't the zoom lens I wanted for my camera.

The second one told me that it wasn't the curio cabinet that I had been asking for. I got to the fifth one and WOW! Yes, it was 5 tickets to Wicked!!!!

He got up at 4:00 one morning and went and stood in line for 6 hours to get me this gift. Now that is love!

What was so funny is that the day after he did this, I told him that I saw on the news that Wicked was coming and that people had slept out on the sidewalk for two nights and that it was sold out in 3 1/2 hours. I didn't even know it was coming to Utah and I told him how very disappointed I was because now there wasn't any hope of getting tickets. He just played dumb and asked me what Wicked was anyway?

The next best gift was the great necklace I got from Christine and Jason. Christine special ordered it and it has a place for me to put all my kids and grandkid's photos in it. It is so beautiful. Christine has one similar to this and I have been coveting it ever since she got it. She knew exactly what I wanted.

And just when I thought it couldn't get any better I got this wonderful gift from Carter and Easton. It is a beautiful necklace and ring set. Christine told me that Carter picked it out himself. She told me that she had picked out another one and that he insisted that she buy the one they gave me. He kept telling her that he liked this one. How special is that?

Last but not least, I got this great key chain from Christine. I have been wanting one of these ever since I saw hers. I was going to get one the next time I went to Disneyland. (Which was suppose to be earlier this month but the mono did away with that trip.) I was so excited to finally get one!

You got a lot crossed off your list it sounds like! Lucky girl! With all of your jewelry, and TICKETS! I'm so happy for you! Sounds like a delightful and day, and you got to talk to Dan. Good stuff! Thanks again for the fun 12 days of x-mas! You are so thoughtful! Did you see the post on my blog about that?

Wow, you scored! I'm so glad your Christmas was a good one. It looks like your family went all out to make sure you were happy.

You are going to love, love, love Wicked! We went twice last summer in California. I went once with my sisters and mom, and then James was so jealous he bought tickets for the two of us so we had to go back and see it again! I love it and you will love it as well. Such a great show. We wanted to get tickets here in Utah, but no such luck.

Wicked! I'm so jealous! Of course I've seen it already, twice, but need to see it about ten more times before I could get my fill! I love the necklace also. I would love to know where she got it from. The next time we run into each other, you'll have to tell me!

I've heard great things about Wicked! And, if those are indeed pictures of your actual tickets - looks like you'll have fabulous seats! What a wonderful husband (and kids!). Happy Holidays!
